Return/Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the goods through Fashionable Live. Please note that, our company must receive the returned product within 15 days from your receiving date. If the returned product has problem, it is not permit to exchange or return.
The customer needs to cover all the shipping expenses. If you want to return the item that you receive, not because of the problem of quality, you will pay the handling charges, which is 8% of the order price. We hope that you will always love everything you buy from us, but we know that there may be a time that you need to return something and we want to make it as easy for you as possible. Below is our return policy.

The product must be sent to us within 24 hours since you contact us.
All mail carrier services are very good, but problems can and do unfortunately occur and we are not responsible for any packages damaged or lost in transit. You can contact the shipper. Let the express company compensate your loss.
The item being returned, must be in unused and undamaged condition, along with all accessories etc that were supplied with it. In other words, exactly as it was received by you! Please make sure to use the package that the item came to you in. We pack very carefully, insuring that you will receive the item in perfect condition.
Exchanges are permitted, our company must receive the returned product within 15 days from your receiving date. Again, products returned must be in new and unused condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. You will cover all the shipping expenses.
All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express.
